Job Title: Anti-Social Behaviour Case Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Resolution Specialist to join our team at A2Dominion in Staines, Surrey.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving complex anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the in-house legal team and represent the organisation at court hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of high-level complex ASB cases, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare witness statements and represent cases in court, working closely with the in-house legal team.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, adhering to the Group's Customer Care Standards.
  • Support victims and alleged perpetrators of ASB, providing advice, referrals, and ongoing assistance.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, using IT systems and manual record systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Police Officer, PCSO, or in housing management, with a strong understanding of ASB legislation and case law.
  • Experience in preparing court and legal documents, as well as representing cases in court.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers or residents.
  • CIH Membership or equivalent suitable qualification, with a willingness to study for further qualifications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and excellent IT skills.
