Job Title: Anti-Social Behaviour Case Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Resolution Specialist to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our housing association, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex anti-social behaviour cases, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of high-level complex ASB cases, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation at court hearings.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, adhering to our customer care standards.
  • Draft and serve NSPs as required, and attend multi-agency ASB meetings.
  • Support victims and alleged perpetrators of ASB, providing advice, referrals, and ongoing assistance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Police Officer, PCSO, or in housing management, with a strong understanding of ASB legislation and case law.
  • Experience in preparing court and legal documents, and representing cases in court.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers or residents.
  • CIH Membership or equivalent suitable qualification, and a full UK driving licence.
