Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure our guests have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Manage the front desk and handle guest inquiries and requests
