We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Yeovil. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
