We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team at Be Caring Ltd, providing home-based care services to our clients in Baguley and Newall Green.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care that supports daily living, assisting with medication management, and promoting independence.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have prior experience working as a Health Care Assistant for the NHS, with excellent communication skills and a patient approach.

Job Requirements:
  • Salary:£22,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location:Baguley and Newall Green
  • Hours:Part-time or full-time hours available
  • Benefits:Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher, shift pay rather than pay per call, mileage reimbursement (45p per mile for drivers & 20p per mile for cyclists), fully funded DBS, paid induction training, training development opportunities
