Job Summary

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support customers with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND FAMILIES THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CARE PLANNING.
  3. WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH CUSTOMERS, RESPECTING THEIR AUTONOMY AND DIGNITY WHILE PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE AND WELL-BEING.
  4. COORDINATE WITH COLLEAGUES AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS CARE DELIVERY.

Requirements:

  • Valid full-time or part-time availability.
  • Reliable transportation with a full and valid UK driving license.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.00 - £12.75 per hour.
