Domiciliary Care Manager

Bespoke Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our homecare services team in Central London. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be accountable for the management of all services within our organisation's policies and procedures.

You will have the autonomy to lead and manage a team of office and care staff, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and support are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of building positive working relationships with people who use services and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks for Domiciliary services such as Care Standards and the Care Quality Commission
- NVQ L5 qualification in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care or equivalent
