We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Learning Environment Coordinator to join our team in Thame.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing lessons, supporting students' learning, and maintaining high standards of behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing student behaviour to ensure a safe and constructive learning environment
  • Overseeing work set by the class teacher
  • Developing positive relationships with students and staff
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and health and safety of students
