Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. You will help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help the people we support to engage in leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring that training compliance levels are met and maintained.

Ellsworth House is a calm, relaxed house that offers its residents space of their own to support with independence and responsibility. People living here are always involved in decisions about their home, whether it's helping with meal planning, decorating, or deciding what goes on their events calendar.
