We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Thomas Franks Ltd, catering for 200 students and staff daily.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-end hospitality operations, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
