You'll be a key member of our kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food standards and high-quality ingredients. As Sous Chef, you'll lead and engage the kitchen team to achieve our goals, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership will be essential in driving our culinary success.

What we're looking for
- You'll have experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- You'll be a skilled chef with expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- You'll be driven, relentless, and passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
- You'll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and build rapport and trust with your team.
- You'll be familiar with KPIs and making decisions in the absence of the Head Chef, considering labour, stock, food safety requirements, and other key factors.
- You'll have a strong knowledge of best practice around rota scheduling, sales and labour forecasts, reporting, recruitment, HR, and other key areas.
- You'll have demonstrated successful delivery of training and recruitment for kitchen teams, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs.
