As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
- Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Monitoring food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or culinary leader in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
