We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our Children's Residential service in Shropshire.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care, enabling them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment

Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people in a care setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references
