Job Title: Mining and Construction Sales Manager

French Selection is a leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mining and Construction Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to develop business opportunities, actively prospect new clients, and contribute to the growth of existing accounts across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or technical background and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop key relationships with clients and distributors across your allocated territory
  • Develop new business through prospection
  • Successfully deal with clients at C-level on a daily basis
  • Cover key account management for existing portfolios
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven international environment
  • Follow up on clients' projects on a daily basis
  • Visit clients on site and understand their needs
Requirements:
  • Experience working in any machinery industry
  • Driven and hands-on attitude
  • Liaising with clients to offer solutions to operational challenges
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be ideal
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Happy to travel on a regular basis (one week every 3 weeks in average)
