Cybersecurity Operations Manager / Rochdale (hybrid) / £65k

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team at Tact IT. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect our systems and data
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
* Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the security of our systems and infrastructure
* Provide security training and awareness to our staff

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in cybersecurity operations and management
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
