Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing a team of security analysts and improving the overall security function of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 7-8 security analysts and provide guidance on incident response, security operations, and compliance.
- Work closely with the Head of Security to develop and implement new security projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
