We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team at Tact. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing a team of security analysts and improving the overall security function of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 7-8 security analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Work closely with the Head of Security to develop and implement new security projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain incident response pipelines to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Collaborate with the Head of Security to set up and manage KPIs to measure the team's performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the security of our systems and data.
- Experience in incident response, Microsoft 365, and delegating work.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance principles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
