The Opportunity

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to proactively contact key individuals within target accounts, presenting our value proposition, uncovering business needs, and qualifying them for a more in-depth discussion with our Account Executive partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities by prospecting a list of target organizations within an assigned territory or list of accounts
  • Conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner, analyzing prospect needs and promoting a solution
  • Execute an account-based Go-to-Market strategy in coordination with your Account Executive partner
  • Become a trusted resource for prospect accounts, uncovering new sales opportunities and nurturing existing ones
Requirements:
  • Engage with prospects through telephone and email to analyze their needs and promote a solution
  • Fluent German speaking ability is a must-have for this position, working with our German/DACH team
  • Ambitious and eager to start a successful career in sales, with a quick thinking and learning ability
  • Confident, ready to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
