About the Role

We're UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in helping us connect with our audiences naturally and organically through an experience that's uniquely human.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by prospecting target organizations within an assigned territory or list of accounts.
  • Conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner, often being the first point of contact with prospective customers.
  • Execute an account-based Go-to-Market strategy in coordination with your Account Executive partner.
  • Become a trusted resource for prospect accounts, uncovering new sales opportunities and nurturing existing ones.
What We're Looking For
  • You'll be able to engage with prospects, both on the telephone and via email, to analyze their needs and promote a solution.
  • Fluent German speaking ability is a must-have for this role, as you'll be working with our German/DACH team.
  • You'll be ambitious and eager to start a successful career in sales, with a quick thinking and learning ability to overcome objections and progress deals.
  • You'll need to be confident, ready to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, and consistently maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
