Outreach and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our commercial team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to support ongoing business growth plans.
You will work closely with senior management to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioning bodies, charities, local authorities, housing providers, mental health providers/CAMHS, voluntary groups, and more. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and maintaining existing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing engagement activities and partnership working. Experience gained in a similar healthcare environment (public health, community health) would be beneficial, as would working across a wide range of strategic relationships.
We expect the salary for this position to be around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits.
