About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Social Value Officer to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our Economic Development Service, you will play a crucial role in embedding a refreshed approach to securing social value through our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize social value through our procurement activities
  • Work closely with contract managers to ensure effective delivery of social value initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize social value opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of social value initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social value or procurement roles
  • Strong understanding of social value principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
