SEND Tribunal Officer

Our client, a local authority in London, is seeking an experienced SEND consultant to join their strategic team as a SEND Tribunal Officer.
The successful candidate will provide leadership for tribunal and formal disagreements, preparing cases for tribunal and liaising with Legal Services, SEND services, and multi-agency teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of cases for tribunal, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
- Liaise with Legal Services, SEND services, and multi-agency teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure the successful resolution of tribunal and formal disagreements.
Requirements:
- Experience in SEND consultancy and tribunal proceedings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
