Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Tilia Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting both our Central and Western regions with their marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Sales & Marketing teams to deliver the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the business and regional strategy.
- Coordinate the implementation of various operational aspects of the marketing of Tilia Homes, including sales office fit outs and moves as required.
- Update the website and property portals to ensure listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Proofread and liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure regional consistency of brand and messaging, both offline and online.
- Identify developments that require additional marketing support to improve sales, analyzing data and providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and send engaging email campaigns to the database on a regular basis, showcasing the company's brand and values.
- Create and source relevant and engaging content for social media, highlighting the company's commitment to sustainability and community building.
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, written, and analytical communication.
- Ability to work across multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated individual with a flexible approach to work, willing to travel between Solihull and Exeter as required.
- Interest in data and analytics, with the ability to interpret and present information relating to sales & marketing performance.
