About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Tilia Homes. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy across our Central and Western regions.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and organizing various operational aspects of our marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all published materials. You will work closely with our Regional Sales and Marketing teams to deliver our marketing plan, update our website and property portals, and create engaging content for social media.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Regional Sales and Marketing teams to deliver the marketing plan.
  • Organizing sales office fit outs and moves as required to ensure a continual sales presence.
  • Updating the website and property portals ensuring listings are accurate.
  • Proofreading and liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material.
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure the region has consistency of brand and messaging both offline and online.
  • Identifying developments that require additional marketing support to improve sales.
  • Creating engaging email campaigns to send out to the database on a regular basis.
  • Creating and sourcing appropriate and engaging content for social media.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication. You should be able to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to work. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between Solihull and Exeter as required are essential.

Additionally, you should have an interest in data and analytics, with the ability to interpret and present back information relating to sales and marketing performance.
