The RoleWe're seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Regional Sales and Marketing teams in delivering our marketing strategy across the Central and Western regions.
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating the implementation of various operational aspects of our marketing, ensuring consistency of brand and messaging across all channels.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging email campaigns, create compelling content for social media, and update our website and property portals to ensure accurate listings.
Your Responsibilities- Support the Regional Sales and Marketing teams to deliver the marketing plan.
- Organise sales office fit outs and moves as required to ensure a continual sales presence.
- Update the website and property portals ensuring listings are accurate.
- Proofread and liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency of brand and messaging both offline and online.
- Identify developments that require additional marketing support to improve sales.
- Create engaging email campaigns to send out to the database on a regular basis.
- Create and source appropriate and engaging content for social media.
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work.
- Full UK Driving licence and a willingness to travel between Solihull and Exeter as required in order to facilitate the role.
- An interest in data and analytics, with an ability to interpret and present back information relating to sales and marketing performance.
