About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Creative & Content Solutions Team as a Digital Content Partnership Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of comprehensive content solutions packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
    • Manage contracting and billing processes efficiently.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive project success.
    • Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
  • Documentation and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Identify and address issues promptly, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed.
    • Contribute ideas for growth and process improvements.

  • Essential Experience & Skills:
    • Proven experience in account management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Excellent time-management skills.
    • Experience working in a partnership sales function.
