About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer cases from start to finish, providing exceptional service, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer cases, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, using your Dutch language skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Provide emotional support to customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
