Redline Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Coordinator to play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining quality, health & safety and environmental systems.

The successful candidate will support the SHEQ Manager with documentation, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and provide regular communication, awareness campaigns and safety meetings to promote a safety-first culture throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the SHEQ Manager with documentation and ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Providing regular communication, awareness campaigns and safety meetings to promote a safety-first culture
  • Providing training programmes to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring SHEQ performance, conducting regular risk assessments, safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and work practices
  • Ensuring records are up to date for all SHEQ activities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to train and influence others. Provable experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of SHE regulations is essential.
