SHEQ Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Coordinator to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a SHEQ Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining quality, health & safety, and environmental systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the SHEQ Manager with documentation, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Provide regular communication, awareness campaigns, and safety meetings to promote a safety-first culture
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Monitor SHEQ performance, conducting regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices
- Ensure records are up to date for all SHEQ activities
- IOSH or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and influence others
- Provable experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of SHE regulations
