Job Title: SHEQ Coordinator

SHEQ Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our organization. As a SHEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safety-first culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on SHEQ performance to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture
Requirements:
  • IOSH Working Safely certificate or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of SHE regulations, standards, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
