Job Title: IT Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join our team at MECS Communications. As a key member of our infrastructure managed services team, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and support to external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote support by creating customer incident tickets, identifying problems, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Prepare room equipment for installation and support onsite engineers with testing.
  • Maintain room and equipment records, and manage spares stock.
  • Communicate with end-users to assist with diagnosing and repairing issues.
Requirements:
  • SC Clearance required.
  • 3 days office, 2 days remote working.
  • Experience with ITSM, Service Desk, Monitoring, Microsoft O365, and Microsoft Teams.
