We are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving income growth to help us reach our income milestone of £250 million by 2030.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a financial plan that steers us toward our income growth goals
  • Providing expert guidance on financial planning and budgeting
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Leading a team of finance professionals in achieving our financial objectives

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Deans, Executive Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure our financial efforts align with our Strategic Plan and Financial Strategy.

You will be responsible for analysing performance metrics, managing risks, and ensuring our strategic developments are financially sustainable. We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Strategy Specialist who can inspire and motivate our team to achieve excellence.
