We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development and Planning to join our team at the University of Stirling. In this exciting new role, you will shape our university's financial ambition while maintaining a firm focus on service quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive business development and planning strategy aligned with our university's vision and goals
  • Providing expert guidance on business development and planning
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Leading a team of business development and planning professionals in achieving our business objectives

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Deans, Executive Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure our business efforts align with our Strategic Plan and Business Development Strategy.

You will be responsible for guiding the development of professional business support that bolsters our business initiatives, fostering growth and performance. We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development and Planning who can inspire and motivate our team to achieve excellence.
