Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and knowledge as an Accounting and Administrative Support Associate at Mcr Property Group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with tax and nominal codes.
  • Processing invoices, including matching purchase orders and coding to correct tax and nominal codes.
  • Verifying subcontractors for CIS and submitting returns to HMRC.
  • Providing support to management accountant and other department managers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Issuing purchase orders and obtaining approvals for all invoices from Asset Managers.
  • Updating bank reconciliation spreadsheet with supplier payments once processed.
  • Assisting with supplier queries and providing exceptional customer service.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
