Finance Administrator
Location - Denton - Office Based
Salary - £25,000 doe
Working with a Leading supplier in their field who is looking to appoint a full-time permanent member within their finance team - this opportunity will suit a self-motivated and eager finance individual willing to coordinate and process all aspects of financial administration, including the improvement of processes.
To support and work closely with the Credit Controllers and collaborate with the wider finance team.

Daily Duties:
- Post and process cash, cheques, bacs and credit card payments onto Accounting system
- Allocate credit notes and cash receipts timely to customer accounts
- Manage all finance documents within internal systems
- Maintain and reconcile daily transport sheets
- Trade Counter paperwork
- Incoming calls - accounts inbox
- Purchase Ledger Duties - Inbox management, Matching, batching and query resolution
- Daily Banking and reconciliation
- Employee expense claims
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Manage petty cash
- Posting Rebate credits (monthly)
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Personal Profile:
- Experience within a similar office / finance environment
- IT Literate
- Confident Communicator
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
