**The Person**: The successful Financial Planning Assistant (Financial Services Administrator) will pride themselves on their attention to detail, will be highly self-motivated and will have excellent administrative and customer service skills.They will already have financial planning administration knowledge, gained working for a Financial Planning or Financial Advisory firm, and will be keen to learn more, attending client meetings and working closely alongside a supportive and highly experiencedChartered Financial Planner.

Financial Planning Assistant (Financial Services Administrator), **responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner, supporting them with delivering the highest level of customer experience.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Preparing for and coordinating the monthly and ongoing client review process.
- Updating files on the back-office system (Intelligent Office)
- Reviewing and updating client and compliance documents such as fact finds, attitude to risk profiles and client agreements.
- Liaising with policy providers to obtain client information.
- Completing portfolio valuations.
- Conducting research and writing reports (via templates).
- Producing regulatory documentation.
- General policy enquiries and financial planning administration.
- Arranging, preparing for and attending client meetings.

Financial Planning Assistant (Financial Services Administrator)**, skills and experience required**:

- Administrative experience gained in a financial planning or financial advisory firm.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a great eye for detail
- A confident manner with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, comfortable conducting research and writing templated reports.
- A team player with a "can do" attitude. There is a great atmosphere in the office, so we are looking for individuals who care and are adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, prepared to work independently when required and participate fully in the successfuloperation of the business.
