The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at ATG Entertainment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of productions, from theatre shows to musicals.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our productions, including managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of the show run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production budgets, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue management, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Liaise with producers, directors, and cast members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Oversight of production accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
