About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fine Art Project Coordinator to manage the logistics and installation of artworks under our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Providing shipping quotes and coordinating export documentation.
  • Ensuring the safe storage and handling of artworks.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for collections, deliveries, and storage.
  • Overseeing packing, unpacking, condition reporting, storage, and installation of artworks.
Project Management Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Leading exhibition teams and overseeing exhibition coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
