Fine Arts Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Arts Instructor to join our faculty at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Full-Time Fine Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching art classes to students of all ages, fostering a love of art and creativity in each student.
About the Role:
- Teach fine art classes to students, guiding them in developing a comprehensive understanding of art history techniques and contemporary art movements.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity and individual creativity.
- Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel as applicable).
- Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a captivating teaching style.
- Fosters excellent communication interpersonal skills and classroom management.
- Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
- Has a strong understanding of contemporary art movements and a passion for inspiring students to explore their own artistic voices.
