About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Support Specialist. \
As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your passion for our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. \
Key Responsibilities:
\
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products
\
• Share knowledge about our products and provide recommendations to customers
\
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, making it easy for customers to shop
\
• Work effectively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
\
• Participate in stockroom and delivery processing duties as needed
\
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and managers
\
• Take ownership of your development and continually improve your skills and performance
\
About You:
\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
\
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time well
\
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations, including working varied shifts and fulfilling additional responsibilities when needed
\
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer queries and issues
\
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
\
Estimated salary: £9.50 per hour.
