About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an R&D Tax Relief Specialist. As a key member of our Innovation & Technology Group, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of R&D tax relief claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the preparation of technical and financial assessments for R&D tax relief claims
  • Identify R&D projects and expenditure through participation in technical and financial discussions with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with our specialist capital allowances team to provide comprehensive tax advisory services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including CEOs, finance directors, and technical directors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the R&D tax relief services or industry equivalent
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
