Job Title: Administrative Assistant

A prestigious wealth management firm in central London is seeking a skilled and professional Administrative Assistant to support their team.

About the Role:
  • Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class experience
  • Direct calls and take detailed messages
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup rooms with necessary amenities
  • Assist with onsite meetings, including catering and refreshments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain the reception area and common spaces tidy and presentable
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in an administrative or front-of-house role. A polished and approachable demeanor, strong organisational skills, excellent telephone manner, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

This part-time opportunity offers 18-24 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday, with a salary of £34,000 per annum pro rata.
