Job Description:


As a Clinical Pharmacist at Spire Regency Hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe management of medicines across the hospital. Your responsibilities will include advising the Pre-admissions team and Theatre team on medication management, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery, and providing pharmaceutical care that meets patients' health needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Advise hospital departments on medicine safety and compliance.
  • Develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medicines and professional standards.

Requirements:



  • Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current GPhC registration with experience in hospital settings.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
