Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing individualized care and support to patients with mental health needs
* Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
* Participating in clinical observations and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Hold an NVQ level 2 in Mental Health-related services
* Possess a basic understanding of mental health legislation and policies
* Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits
