About the Role

We are seeking a confident and resilient Assistant Learning Mentor to join our busy Inclusion team at Woodhouse West School. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, high expectations for all pupils, and a passion for supporting children's learning. They will be able to build strong relationships with children and their families, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Learning Mentor will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils who require additional help. They will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote social, emotional, and academic development, and will work to create a safe and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to support pupils' needs.
