Crowne Plaza Chef De Partie

We are seeking a motivated and organized Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Andras Hotels.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to manage their section to ensure high-quality food production and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of their section, including food preparation and presentation
- Assist the Head Chef/Executive Chef in ensuring all food is produced to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives
- Experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- NVQ qualification up to and including level 2 in Food Preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexible working and a genuine willingness to help guests and colleagues
