The RoleWe are seeking a skilled F&B Team Member to join our team at Crowne Plaza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
