As a Finance Associate, you will work closely with our Senior Finance Manager to deliver the complete finance function for the whole business. You will be exposed to a wide range of finance topics, including payment processing, management accounting, tax compliance, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing management accounts to help run the business
* Ensure the company is compliant with taxes
* Financial modeling for exits, investor fundraising, and company budgeting
* Support the finance manager in running the finance function

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
* Desire to develop expertise within the accounting and finance field
* Experience with Xero accounting ledger and coding skills (Python in Excel or Power query M formula language)
