We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Associate to join our team at Hilton Foods. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and identify areas for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA.
