Job Description: Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the training process.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating training events, managing client relationships, and working closely with trainers to deliver high-quality results. You will also be responsible for booking venues, preparing training materials, organizing dates and times, invoicing clients, and reporting on progress.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in administration and client-facing roles. You should possess excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
